ABA Schedules

Know next week's schedule this week.

Nobody likes finding out their day when they walk in. When your clinic runs on ABA Schedules, next week is on your phone before the weekend, and when something moves you hear it right away instead of thirty minutes before.

ABA Schedules is the #1
ABA scheduling optimization platform

that helps you see next week before the weekend starts, stay with the clients you're trained on, and hear about changes right away.

Without ABA Schedules, everyone knows before you do.

A parent cancels, a coworker calls out, a session moves. The clinic knows hours before you do, and by the time it reaches you there is nothing left to do but absorb it.

Finding out the morning of.

You saw Tuesday's plan on Monday, and then it changed under you. Nobody told you until you walked in, so you never got the minute you needed to be ready for a different client, a different room, a different kind of day.

The hours you quietly lose.

A parent cancels the night before. Somebody forgets to pass it along. You drive in, the client isn't there, and that is five hours off your paycheck. You ask for admin time and it is already spent. You carry the risk of a cancellation you had no part in.

Back to back, with no heads up.

Someone calls out thirty minutes before their session, and now the day is yours: three high-support sessions in a row, no break in between, a client you have not worked with in months. You would have prepared differently if anyone had asked.

What changes for you when your clinic implements ABA Schedules

Your clinic still runs the schedule. What the software changes is how much of it you can see, how fast you hear about it, and how much of your own life you get to put in it.

See your whole week before it starts.

Your clinic builds and publishes ahead. The rhythm that works: built Wednesday, proofed Thursday, in your hands Friday for the whole next week. Your sessions, your admin time, and your breaks, all in one place instead of a calendar someone forgot to update.

Find out right away. Not thirty minutes before.

Most cancellations reach the clinic hours before they reach you. When your scheduler makes the change, the notification goes to your phone in the same moment, so you are not the last to know. A caregiver coming early means you can be at the door when they get there, instead of finding out when they knock.

Put your own life on the schedule.

Submit your availability and request time off from the app, and watch it go from pending to approved without chasing anyone down. If you are taking classes and your availability shifts every semester, it changes in one place. Your scheduler builds around what you told them.

Know when your BCBA is coming.

Supervision shows up on your schedule like anything else, so you are not caught off guard by someone walking in to observe you. You get to come in with your questions ready: the program that is not working, the behavior you want a second opinion on, the thing you have been meaning to ask. If your BCBA cancels, that reaches your phone too.

Your BCBA enters supervision and it lands on your schedule. The optimizer does not build supervision for you.

If you had your schedule a week ahead, what would you plan?

  • The doctor's appointment you keep pushing because it's only ever at 2 PM.
  • The class you've started and dropped twice.
  • Being in the pickup line on time, without texting someone to cover.
  • A weekend you booked before you knew you'd be free.
  • Skydiving. If that's your thing.

A predictable schedule is really a predictable life. You deserve one.

I often felt like a game piece, just being moved around. Knowing my schedule earlier changed that.

Your clinic picks the software. You can point them here.

You are the one living inside the schedule, so you already know what it costs when it lands late. A clinic that publishes early keeps the people it trained.

Run a clinic? Predictable schedules are a retention strategy. RBTs stay where they can plan their lives, and continuity keeps clients progressing. See what this looks like for owners and executives or for BCBAs.

Straight answers.

Will I still get my hours?

The system is built to deliver more of the hours a client is authorized for, and to find coverage fast when someone calls out, so fewer sessions get dropped. To be straight with you: your scheduler still assigns the replacement, so being available does not automatically put you on a session.

Will I get bounced between clients?

Not as much. The system treats your training and pairings as clinical guardrails, so it keeps you with your clients instead of floating you to whoever is open. Continuity is better for you, and it is better for your clients.

Is this one more app to check?

It replaces the scattered version you have now. Your schedule, changes, availability, and time off all live in one place instead of a group thread, a calendar invite, and a text from your scheduler.

Do I have to learn scheduling software?

No. You look at your schedule and put in requests. Building the schedule is your scheduler and BCBA’s side of the house. RBTs tell us the app is straightforward on day one.

What if my clinic does not use it?

You can send them this page. Your clinic picks the software, but the people living inside the schedule are the ones who know what it costs when it lands late.

The schedule should reach you first.

If your clinic already runs on ABA Schedules, this is what to expect. If it does not yet, send this to the person who picks the software.
